Trans Coastal Springs is seeking a PR & Events Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing social, cultural, and community engagement events that positively impact the marketing of the campus to prospective students.

This includes managing event logistics, reporting on event outcomes, and handling internal advertising for all related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement comprehensive and balanced social, cultural, and community engagement events
• Ensure events align with the brand and positively impact the campus’ marketing efforts
• Provide accurate reporting on all social, cultural, and community engagement events
• Manage internal advertising for these events
• Build relationships with third parties to secure venues, sponsorship opportunities, and prizes for major campus events, including CSI initiatives and fundraising events

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Corporate Communications, PR/Marketing Degree or Diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, Events and Community Engagement, Social Media Management, or Media writing and liaison

This is a full-time position with a salary of R20,000.00 per month.
